Getting outside is a great recovery tool!

There is more and more evidence that getting outside improves our mental health and happiness. I have experienced that in my own life. Even in the winter, I will layer up and go for a walk or hike even if the weather is cold. When I am done, I feel accomplished and invigorated! I try to get outside 3 to 4 times a week.
